The Windsor Framework is an agreement between the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland for sending goods within the UK internal market scheme (UKIMS). These changes come into affect on the 30th September and each carrier has their own set of requirements. Please ensure you have read the carrier requirements of those which you use for shipping from mainland UK to Northern Ireland.
