For Whistl shipments destined for Northern Ireland there are some fields which are required to be sent to ensure there are no delays at customs.
There are some changes depending if you are sending a Business to Commercial (B2C) or Business to Business (B2B). The B2C and B2B is determined by if the receiver address contains a company name.

For all fields Shiptheory will attempt to always send all fields regardless if it is a B2C or B2B shipment.
As of 1st April 2025, Whistl have no way of allowing Shiptheory to send across the UKIMS number that you store in Shiptheory, you will need to make sure you add your tax numbers into your Whistl account
