Shiptheory Support

You can configure your integrated labels in Shiptheory to include product-specific notes from your Shopify customers. This is great for personalised products such as t-shirts and baked goods!

Download product notes from Shopify

First, you'll need to be able to download your custom notes from Shopify. Follow this support article on how to do so: Download Product Gift Messages From Your Shopify Store

Setting up your integrated label

You'll need to design your integrated label so the product notes are printed on it. You can do this by adding a product table to the integrated label. Click on the table to show the available fields on the left and select the Notes field.

Now, when you print your labels, your product-specific gift notes will appear in the appropriate row on your products table!

Since the product table shows one row for each product, if more than one of each product SKUin the same shipment has a note, the notes will be separated by the pipe symbol e.g. "Happy Birthday Tommy | Happy Birthday Julie".
