If you use an app that adds support for product-level gift messages in your Shopify store that you would like to use in your integrated label templates, you can configure Shiptheory to download them.
Go to your Shopify settings in Shiptheory, click on Advanced Settings in the bottom left and scroll down to Save Product Gift Messages?
You will need to enter the name of the custom note field that your app uses for product gift messages or that you specified in the app setup and then click Save.
