If you are shipping internationally with DHL and want paperless trade turned on, then you will need to ensure this is set up in your DHL settings. Shiptheory can generate and transfer customs documentation upon the creation of DHL labels.
On your DHL page in Shiptheory, you want to scroll to the bottom and click 'Advanced Settings' and select 'Yes' on the 'Enable Paperless Trade' field.
If this is turned on and you are still getting a WAY bill print with your label it will be because you do not have commodity data attached to your product in your shipment.
This information needs to be added to your products on your channel. Depending on which channel you use, it requires a different process. Here are a few support guides for certain channels, if you can't see your channel below you can search for it on our support page;

You will be able to see if you have any commodity data attached to products that have come through to Shiptheory in your 'Product' Catalogue. This is on your 'Advanced' Settings'. Read all about Updating Product Data in Shiptheory - Click Here.
