If you need Shiptheory to pull in shipments from any of your Shopify fulfillment locations while in fulfillment orders mode, you can select "Any Location" like below:
Please note that this will only pull from one fulfillment location per Shopify order. Specifically, Shiptheory will pull the fulfillment from the first location it receives from Shopify.
If your Shopify orders regularly have stock from multiple fulfillment locations, this configuration isn't suitable.
