Billing Structure
As per our pricing page, you are billed for the following.
Licence
This covers access to the platform’s features, ongoing platform support, carrier integrations, and your included shipment allowance.
Bolt-ons
(Optional)Bolt-ons purchased to increase shipping quotas do not affect usage fees.
Usage (per-shipment billing)
Usage is based on the number of shipment bookings you make each month. Usage charges are billed at the beginning of each month for the previous month’s activity. You can view your current month’s usage at any time in your reporting dashboard under “Total Shipping Labels.”
Usage billing will be on the 2nd of each month, billed retrospectively.
Your per-shipment rate depends on your plan. If you’re unsure of your current rate, please contact our support team or check our pricing page here.
From February 2026
For customers on grandfathered pricing (older or previous billing structures), please note that from February 2026 you will automatically be moved to our current pricing.
