How to check if a courier has been deleted from your account and how to add courier back.


Step 1: Check the courier tab to see your courier's

  • Navigate to you courier page on Shiptheory, inside you can see if your courier has been removed.

Step 2: Finding your courier

  • If your courier is missing from your account you can re-add them in the same area, scroll down until you find them and click on their box


Step 3: Re-Connecting Courier to your account

  • When inside your chosen courier box, add in the requested details, these are normally your account number/ account name and password. after filing all that out click the test connection and your courier should be readded. (Example below)

  • if the connection fails check you can login the courier website and that all the required details match the ones on Shiptheory
