While setting up the new TikTok integration (https://support.shiptheory.com/a/solutions/articles/24000086819) access tokens may expire, causing orders to come through to Shiptheory completely blank. The error on the shipment will display as:
Expired credentials. The access_token
or x-tts-access-token
header has expired.
We will need to reintegrate the TikTok channel, but when you remove the channel from Shiptheory and try to reauthenticate, the TikTok shop will only provide a "renew access" option. We need to remove the old permissions from your TikTok Seller's store. This will require administration on your seller's store front.
When logged into the Seller Centre, on the left task bar use the following workflow:
Growth > App Store > Top right ... ellipsis > My Aps > Dropdown menu on Shiptheory App > Cancel > Confirm
Once the App permissions are removed, the channel can be reintegrated through Shiptheory.
