If you encounter the following error, you may follow the direction below to resolve it.
Whistl error: (400) Message: Creating shipment has gone wrong: You've sent me an unsuccessful CreateShipmentResponse (error message was: Failed to create shipment, requested service not found)
This error is generally generated when Shiptheory's service list for your Whistl integration is out of sync with Whistl. To refresh the service list please go to your Whistl integration settings in Shiptheory and hit 'Save' again.
