Shiptheory can automatically detect whether your shipments are B2C (Business to Customer) or B2B (Business to Business) based on the option you select within your courier's Advanced Settings.
If your carrier supports the Windsor Framework changes, you will have the following option available within the Advanced Settings Are your shipments B2C or B2B?:
You can specifically outline that all of your shipments are B2C or B2B, or you can make Shiptheory detect this automatically based on whether the Receiver Details contain a Receiver Company.
If Auto-detect has been enabled, B2C will be used if there is no Receiver Company Present, and B2B will be used if a Receiver Company is present.
