Purpose:
To establish the default 'ship from' address and contact information used within your Shiptheory account.
How This Information is Used:
The details entered here are crucial as they are automatically transmitted by Shiptheory to your carriers when booking shipments. This information typically serves as the default:
- Sender/Return address printed on shipping labels.
- Collection address provided to carriers for pickups.
Available Fields:
- Customer Name: Contact person's first and last name at the location. Many users enter their company name into these two fields if you do not wish to use a real name.
- Company Name: The name of your business operating from this location.
- Telephone / Mobile Number: Contact phone number for this location/contact person.
- Email: Contact email address for this location.
- Country: The country where this shipping location is based.
- Address: Street address details (typically Line 1, Line 2, Line 3).
- City: The city for the address.
- County: The county or regional state for the address.
- Postcode: The postal code for the address.
