If you're unable to change the TikTok Shop Market location to reflect your country (e.g., United States), it may be because the Continue button was pressed during setup. Once this button is clicked, the selected country is saved and can no longer be edited in the settings.
How To Resolve
- Go to the manage channels page: https://helm.shiptheory.com/integrations
- Find the TikTok integration.
- Click the red bin icon, this will remove the integration from your account.
- After doing this, find TikTok in the list of available channels.
- Click on TikTok to add the integration again.
- Once this has been completed, you will now be able to change the TikTok Shop Market Country.
