How to add a new document type

If the document return must be enabled in your Peoplevox integration advanced settings, then enable them by going to your advanced settings and finding the "Document Printing Settings" section.

Once you have enabled the return of your new document type in Shiptheory, you will need to set up Peoplevox to request the document from Shiptheory when booking Shipments. Go to your carrier integration in Peoplevox and click "Add new Document Types". You can then specify which document type you would like to add using the value in the "Document Reference" column in the table above. Associate the new document type with your template of choice and hit "Save".
