If you encounter an error when processing orders through Whistl, it may be due to incorrect dimension settings in the Whistl configuration. Follow these steps to resolve it: 


Note: Whistl only accepts whole numbers. 


1. Open your Whistl settings through the Carrier Panel on the left.


2. Scroll to the Advanced Settings section and locate the default dimension settings. 


3. Adjust the default dimensions to meet Whistl's requirements.
