If you import/export goods you may have registered for a deferment account. This account allows you to delay paying customs and tax charges and pay for them in fewer transactions.
To register for a senders deferment account you can do so by following the UK Gov website here.
To add your Senders deferment account number to your Shiptheory account head to your Company Settings page. From there, fill out your deferment number within the available field, this should be in the format ABCD1234567 (4 letters followed by 7 digits)
