You can choose to if you want to download Product Discounts into Shiptheory by turning it ON in the Shopify Advanced Settings:
Only 'All items' discount
By choosing Only 'All items' discount, the following discount will be included:
- Custom discount
- Product Discount (percentage off)
- Product Discount (fixed amount) with 'Only apply once per order' unticked
Custom discount
Custom discount you applied for the product: e.g. The £2 off on each item. If customer order 10 chairs, the total discount is 10 x £2 = £20.
Product Discount (percentage off)
For example, discounts like this will take 10% off from each eligible item in an order:
Product Discount (fixed amount) with 'Only apply once per order' unticked
For example, leaving the checkout with 'Only apply once per order' unticked, then £1 will be taken off each eligible item in an order in the discount shown below:
Include all discounts
Choosing 'Include all discounts' will include the follwoing':
- Product Discount (fixed amount) apply once per order
- Amount Off Order
- Free shipping
Product Discount (fixed amount) apply once per order
In Shopify, if you have ticked the checkbox to apply the discount once per order like below, you will need to choose 'Include all discount' in Shiptheory in order to include it into the Product Value.
Amount Off Order and Free shipping
If your discount belongs to the two types in Shopify as shown below, it will be included if 'include all discount' was chosen in Shiptheory.
