Currently, BigCommerce has limited support for scheduling orders. This limitation arises because BigCommerce interprets our "Scheduled" response from Shiptheory as a trigger to set the order status to "Shipped."


As a workaround for this, you can change a setting in your Shiptheory BigCommerce Settings to make the process of marking orders as "Shipped" manual. Below is the setting you are looking for in the Advanced section of your Settings.


If you change this setting to "Shipments Only" Shiptheory will only pull in an order from BigCommerce that has been marked as "Shipped"
