Within Shiptheory when booking consignments manually through some Channels you may see a success message similar to the below:

The reason for this message is due to the fact some channels do not allow updates to consignments once an initial booking attempt has been made. If you see this message while booking consignments you will need to update the tracking number manually within your sales channel. The label and associated custom documentation if required will be printed as usual within Shiptheory.
