Unfortunately, we do not support the ability to be able to connect the same Shopify store to multiple Shiptheory accounts.


If you attempt to do this it will give you back the error: "Account already connected at {emailAddress}"


If you are trying to move the Shopify account to a different Shiptheory account, you will first need to remove the existing integration from the alternate Shiptheory account. 


Removing an integration:


Firstly, click on Channels on the left of your screen, then manage channels.



At the top of the page it will show the current channels you have connected. You can click the Rubbish Bin icon to remove the Shopify integration.




Once this has been done, you are able to reconnect Shopify onto the alternate Shiptheory Account.
