Shiptheory Support

In Shiptheory, it is possible to name your Shipping Rules, this can be used to make it easier to find specific rules if you have quite a few on your account!

To achieve this, head to your Shipping Rules tab.

Then click on the drop down menu of the rule you would like to name, then click on "Edit"

Then scroll down until you find the "Advanced Settings" tab and click on it.

Then scroll down until you find the "Rule Name" box, click on it and type in your desired Rule Name.

After you have inputted your desired Rule Name, scroll up and click on the big blue "Save Rule" button

Once this is completed, your Rule Name will have been changed to the name that you just set.
