In order for us to populate your Visualsoft store with a courier name upon a successful booking within Shiptheory, we have provided Visualsoft with a list of couriers we have so they can add them internally on their side. Over time this may become outdated and your courier may not be on the list of couriers which they have, meaning we'd be unable to send the courier name back.
If you run into this issue, you can contact our support team who will be happy to get in touch with Visualsoft on your behalf and update the Shiptheory couriers which they have stored.
