If you use deferred shipping dates in your Shopify store or with your Shiptheory shipping rules in, Shiptheory offers two options to support downloading them from your Shopify orders.
Go to your Shopify settings in Shiptheory, click on Advanced Settings in the bottom left and scroll down to Save Order Shipping Dates? From the drop-down menu select one of the following two options.
In both cases, you will need to select the date format that you use to enter the shipping date in your Shopify orders. This is to ensure that Shiptheory correctly interprets the date you intend. For example, 02/04/2022 might mean 2nd April or 4th February depending on which side of the pond you hail!

The Order Notes section will be downloaded as the shipment date:
Use a Custom Order Note
If you use an app that saves shipment dates to a custom order note, the app should either specify the name of the custom order note field it uses or you will have specified this in the app setup.
Enter the name of the custom order note field into the Custom Attribute Name in Shiptheory and click Save.
