You may prefer to have your Shopify shipments download into Shiptheory inclusive or exclusive of any applicable taxes. This is simple enough to configure.
Go to your Shopify settings in Shiptheory, click on Advanced Settings in the bottom left and scroll down to Include or Exclude Taxes?
Depending on whether you have set your prices in Shopify to be inclusive or exclusive of taxes, Shiptheory will adjust accordingly based on your Shopify tax rules, rates, and product-specific tax settings.
