If you use Order Notes in Shopify to collect and store delivery instructions, you can select Shiptheory to download Order Notes and pass them across to your couriers.
To do so, go to your Shopify settings in Shiptheory, click on Advanced Settings in the bottom left and scroll down to Save Order Notes?
Select Yes, save order notes from the drop-down and click Save.
Note: Multiple line notes will be joined into a single line. If you use Order Notes to also specify the number of boxes to be booked in Shiptheory, these will be removed from the order notes before specifying as delivery instructions.
