By default, all shipments booked through Shiptheory will specify your sender's address as the address set in your Shiptheory Shipping Location address.
If you prefer, you can select to have the address of the fulfilment location from which your orders in Shopify are fulfilled downloaded and specified as each shipments' sender's address.
To do so, go to your Shopify settings in Shiptheory, click on Advanced Settings in the bottom left and scroll down to Use Fulfillment Location Addresses?
Select Use location addresses and click Save.
Note: Since Shopify locations do not have a first or last name, company name or email address, this information will be taken from your Shipping Location set in Shiptheory.
