By default, Shiptheory will listen for and download new fulfilments (shipments) created in your Shopify account.
That is, Shiptheory will download fulfillments from Shopify when the Fulfill Items button is clicked in an order's details in Shopify. You will need to select which of your fulfilment locations configured in your Shopify store you would like Shiptheory to respond to fulfilment for. You can select multiple locations if you like. Once selected, click Save.
Alternately, you can set Shiptheory to listen for new orders in your Shopify store as they are created and marked as paid (Fulfillment Orders). In this mode, you will need to select the fulfilment location in your Shopify store you would like Shiptheory to manage. Shiptheory will automatically fulfil and book your orders as they are created in Shopify.
More information on Shiptheory's Order and Fulfillment modes are available here: Should Shiptheory download Shopify Fulfillments or Fulfillment Orders?
