When booking in orders with Shiptheory, the booking, label and tracking number will be created automatically with your carrier. However, you may wonder how collections work.
Shiptheory itself does not automatically schedule collections with your courier; whilst the bookings will have been created, no collection is scheduled with them. This allows you more flexibility in deciding when you want these collections to occur.
When booking collections, you'll want to arrange this with your carriers directly, as you would have done in the past, either manually let them know that you want a collection, or arrange with them for daily collections. If you're unsure of how to schedule a collection with your carrier, it's best to contact them directly to make sure.
