Shiptheory, by default, will attempt to create labels for Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce orders that are in the Processing state. You may wish to change this default behaviour.

Firstly Navigate to your advanced settings for Magento 2 in Shiptheory.

Order Status: The order status that Shiptheory should look for before creating a label for the order. The Default for this is "processing".

Status Update: The Status Update field should usually match the Order Status field. This field is used to update the status of the shipment in Magento 2 after the shipment has been pulled into Shiptheory. It is possible, but uncommon, to set the Status Update field to a different status.

Booked Status Update: The Booked Status Update field is used to update the status of the shipment in Magento 2 once a shipment has been booked in with a courier.

Failed Status Update: The Failed Status Update field is used to update the status of the shipment in Magento 2 if Shiptheory fails to book it in with a courier.

Label Printed Status Update: The Label Printed Status Update field is used to update the status of the shipment in Magento 2 once the shipment's labels have been physically printed.
