Should you forget your Shiptheory password, you can easily reset it by following the "Forgot Password" link on the main login page.
On the forgotten password page, just enter your Shiptheory Account email address and we will send you an email with a link that you can use to set a new password. Please remember that this link is only valid for one hour, so if you try to use it after this time, you will be returned to the login page and have to request a new link.
Once you have received your email and followed the link, you will be shown a form which you can use to reset your password. Please remember that for security reasons, we require passwords to be a minimum of 8 characters long and include at least one lowercase, one uppercase, one number and one special character.
Once you have successfully set your new password, you will be logged into your Shiptheory account and can carry on as normal!
Should you receive a password reset email that you haven't requested, please contact support as this could be someone trying to gain access to your Shiptheory account with out permission.
