If you see the below error message on your OnBuy orders in Shiptheory, it is because Shiptheory is trying to update a tracking number in OnBuy, or mark an order as Dispatched in OnBuy that has already been dispatched.
The order could not be marked as dispatched because it has a status of "Dispatched"
This can happen for 2 reasons:
1. Another integration or a member of your staff has already marked the ordered as dispatched in OnBuy.
2. You have booked the shipment in Shiptheory with a carrier but then need to rebook the shipment because something has changed.
You can disable the automatic dispatch functionality from your OnBuy settings. For more information, see Tracking Numbers in OnBuy.
