If Shiptheory hits an API limit set by OnBuy when downloading or updating orders, the task will be retried later. You will see a note on the shipment in your account when this has happened.
To check the limits on your OnBuy API account, and to see current usage, see the OnBuy API Settings page. Please note, if you have several integrations communicating with your OnBuy accounts, they will be sharing the API resource.
OnBuy will show your API limits and usage in a similar fashion as per the below example.
Shiptheory only makes use of the GET and PUT API methods.
