If you're trying to print multiple labels from the Shiptheory dashboard by selecting multiple orders and printing as shown below:
You may find that the label that generates to print is only the first one from that sequence, rather than the entire bunch you selected. This should be an easy fix as it can be resolved by making a change to your Shiptheory dashboard settings;
What you'll want to do is click the small cog in the bottom right of your Shiptheory dashboard:
This will bring up another menu for you to view, and the change you'll want to make is on your "Label Download Preference", you'll want to change this setting to "All Historic Labels":
After that, hit save and give it another go, you should now see multiple labels printing as told. However, if you still have this issue after making the change, or have any questions from there, please feel free to contact Support.
