If you receive the error message "[Height/Length/Width] Exceeds maximum allowed - Skipped to next consignment" when trying to book a shipment, then at least one of the package dimensions in your shipment is exceeding the maximum dimensions allowed by your TNT account.

If you have selected a format ("Parcel 1", "Pallet 1", "Parcel 2", ...) as part of your Shiptheory shipping rule or when manually booking the shipment, you can double-check the dimensions set for the format in your TNT settings in Shiptheory. Follow this article for more information: TNT Formats Explained

If you're sure that the dimensions you're sending for your shipment are correct, you will need to speak to your TNT account manager to confirm the maximum dimensions allowed by your TNT account. If needed, your account manager can apply to have the limit(s) raised to enable larger parcels/pallets to be booked into your account. Shiptheory support is unable to assist with this.
