If when booking a Dedicated Day shipment with The Pallet Network (TPN), you receive the error "Consignment not added: Selected delivery date not valid for service level selected", this means that the date specified is too soon for TPN to arrange delivery of your shipment.

TPN requires a minimum of two working days between the date you are booking your shipment and the requested delivery date. Please be aware of and account for any bank holidays.
