To book a shipment to be delivered on a specific day with The Pallet Network, you will need to select a Dedicated Day service when setting your TPN shipping rules or booking a shipment.
Please note: At least 2 working days notice needs to be given for Dedicated Day shipments.
How to specify a Delivery Day
You will also need to specify the desired delivery date into the shipment's delivery instructions; Shiptheory will then detect and use this date when booking the shipment.
Into your delivery instructions field add the delivery date on a new line and in the following pattern (where DD is the day, MM is the month and YYYY is the year):
delivery_day: DD/MM/YYYY
For example: delivery_day: 31/01/2020 for the 31st January 2020
