Shiptheory Support

Depending on which courier(s) you use with Shiptheory to send your BigCommerce shipments, you may notice that once booked and dispatched, not all of your BigCommerce contain a tracking link to your shipment.

This shipment has a full tracking link. Some shipments will show the parcel tracking number but it won't be clickable

BigCommerce uses a system called AfterShip to provide tracking links for shipments. Unfortunately, not all couriers supported by Shiptheory are supported by AfterShip.

Please be assured that Shiptheory will always post a shipment tracking number back to your BigCommerce shipment (where a tracking number is produced).

Royal Mail Tracking Link in BigCommerce

As of March 1st, 2020, BigCommere no longer supports Royal Mail tracking links. As a result, when Shiptheory adds Royal Mail tracking numbers on BigCommere orders, the carrier name and link will not be available. This is a restriction in the BigCommerce. At the current time, there is no way for Shiptheory to add the carrier name "Royal Mail" to your BigCommerce orders.
