By default, Shiptheory will use order comments in your TradeGecko order as delivery instructions in Shiptheory, which will then usually be displayed on the generated shipping label.
This field is found in TradeGecko as "Message to Customer":
Information will then by default populate in the delivery instructions field in Shiptheory, which will then in turn be sent to any carriers where we support delivery instructions, when booking in the shipment.
Disabling this
If you would like to disable this, you can do so by clicking the advanced settings of TradeGecko in Shiptheory, which can be accessed here:
Within the advanced settings, you will find the option of whether to use order comments as delivery instructions, or whether order comments will remain private, this can be changed with the option shown here:
