Within your UK Mail settings in Shiptheory, you can set your Earliest and Latest Collection Times. These are used when booking in Shipments with UK Mail to let them know when they can collect the day's shipments. You should check your collection times you currently use with UK Mail by contacting your account manager.
Orders booked after the Latest Collection Time
If you book in an order through Shiptheory with UK Mail after your Latest Collection Time, this order will be set to be collected the next working day.
