Shiptheory gets notified by Xero every time there is a new invoice or a change to an invoice in Xero *. When Shiptheory received that notification, the Invoice is downloaded or re-downloaded by Shiptheory.
Xero typically typically notifies Shiptheory of these events anywhere between a few seconds and a few minutes. If Invoices have not shown up in Shiptheory after 3 minutes, please get in touch with support.
* Note: Adding notes to an Invoice in Xero will not trigger a update notification.
