When attempting to process shipments or view your Xero settings screen in Shiptheory, the error:

Failed to get Xero OrganisationID: The access token has not been authorized, or has been revoked by the user

Occurs when the Shiptheory App has been removed from your Xero account but not yet from Shiptheory. To resolve this error, click the button Reconnect button on the Menu -> Xero settings page to reconnect Shiptheory with your Xero account.

Alternatively, to fully remove your Xero account from Shiptheory, find Xero from the Menu -> Manage Integrations screen and click the red delete button.
