You are able to view your current subscription with Shiptheory by clicking your email address in the top right and going to Advanced > Billing History.
If you are unable to see the Billing History option in the menu, you may not have access to the Billing details on your Shiptheory account. If this is the case, you should contact the main account holder for access to this.
What Information can I find about my Subscription?
On the Billing History page, you are able to view all the details about your subscription with Shiptheory.
This information includes:
- How many Shipments you have used of your monthly quota.
- The date your shipment quota resets next.
- How many Users, Carriers and Channels you are using of your allowance.
- The Current Plan you are on.
Also on this page, you are able to change your subscription, add a bolt-on, update your card or cancel your subscription.
