If have shipments in Shiptheory from TradeGecko as "Not Ready", with the following message on the shipment activity notes:
This shipment is not ready for processing
This means that the order in TradeGecko has already been shipped, so Shiptheory will ignore it. You can see if an order has been shipped by looking at the "shipped date" on the shipment, as per the example below.
