If a shipment is failing with error message "Collection *information* is required", this is due to the fact that your Shipping Location page needs fully filling out.

The shipping location page can be found in the advanced part of the main settings dropdown in Shiptheory.

The error message will tell you what information is missing, whether that's "Collection Name" or "Collection Address", it'll need to be filled out on the page.

After this is filled out and you've saved the necessary information, you can retry the failed orders to push them through successfully.
