If your orders are not coming through Shiptheory, there are a couple of things you need to check:


1. From your Magento 2 admin panel, go to Stores >> Configuration >> Shiptheory >> Setup, and check that the integration is enabled. Also, check that you have the correct API Key and API Secret. 



2.  Another thing to check is that you have the correct store address or URL. If you've recently change from staging to live site, then you need to update the connection to reflect this change.


3.  You need to bear in mind that if you delete the user that setup the Magento 2 integration, orders will no longer pull through. If this has happened, you'll need to delete your Magento 2 integration from your Shiptheory Manage Channel page and add it again with a user you intend to keep.


4.  Lastly, you need to take note that only orders that you 'ship' will be sent to Shiptheory for processing.
