When shipping with Packet+, UK Mail require that you have a return address set within your iPostParcels account.

If you do not have a return address set you may see the error:

Validation failed. ReturnAddress is invalid because has not been entered for the specified account. Please login to the iPostParcels PRO website and provide a Return Address for the relevant account on the Maintain Account page.
