Shiptheory allows you the ability to change between plans at any time, upgrading and downgrading, switching from monthly to annual, or annual to monthly at any point you'd like.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund you any credit you have that may reside in your Shiptheory account, unless we've previously agreed to do so with you in writing. In any such case, a £15 administration fee will be applied.
If you wish to terminate your account, it is your responsibility to cancel any subscriptions held with us. Under no circumstances shall any refunds for non-use of the Service be given due to early termination of the Service by you without cause as per our Terms of Service.
