Adding couriers in Cin7 Core

In order to update a sale Shiptheory must Cin7 Core with a courier name which matches the courier list in Cin7 Core. To add a courier to this list go to Settings > Reference Books > Carriers.

On the carriers page click the plus icon to add a new courier and add the name of the courier you would like to add. For example "Royal Mail". You don't need to enter a tracking URL. Shiptheory will add this to the ship task when a booking in completed in Shiptheory. Once you're done you can click Save.

Mapping Couriers in Shiptheory

You can follow the guide "How to customise the courier and service names returned to your sales channels" to map your couriers in Shiptheory to your courier list in Cin7 Core.
