Shiptheory has the ability to pick up any shipments that are created within your Zoey store. It is important to remember that a within Zoey, a shipment is not the same as an order. To provide you with an example, you may have an order for 10 items but only create 2 shipments for that order. Shiptheory handles each delivery differently.
After signing up with Shiptheory you will be prompted to select and configure your channel. From this page you will need to 'enable' Zoey. Alternatively, if you have already enabled Zoey within your Shiptheory account, you can access and edit your Zoey settings via the following link: https://shiptheory.com/zoey/edit
