Within Shiptheory, you are able to choose exactly at what point your BigCommerce Orders are sent to Shiptheory.
In the BigCommerce Settings, you are able to set this by choosing the Trigger Order Status. This is the order status in which the order will be sent to Shiptheory.
These Statuses match up to those in your BigCommerce Store. Once an order is switched to the Trigger Order Status, it will come into Shiptheory.
You can then view the new shipment from the Shiptheory Dashboard, by selecting the All tab.
